Welcome to the SiteGateway website application ("SiteGateway"), owned and managed by Old Orchard Technologies Inc. ("Old Orchard"). Old Orchard products and services (collectively, "Products and Services") are offered by Old Orchard through web pages at SiteGateway and are made available subject to this Privacy Policy. Customers can update their personal information at any time by logging into SiteGateway and editing their Personal Information within the Configuration Section. Customers can view their updated profile to confirm their edits have been made.

Billing Information

All financial and billing information that we collect through SiteGateway is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for Services. This billing information is not used by Old Orchard for marketing or promotional purposes. Old Orchard uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Use Of Your Information

Information collected on SiteGateway web site may be used to:

Register you as a SiteGateway member
Offer you additional SiteGateway services
Send marketing communications or surveys to you
Respond to your questions or suggestions
Improve the quality of your visit to our site

Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

Old Orchard may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of SiteGateway, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer SiteGateway in order to constantly improve the quality of SiteGateway. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.

Cookies Use On SiteGateway

If a customer elects to use our referral service for informing an associate about our site, we ask them for the associates name and email address. Old Orchard will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Old Orchard does not store this information.

SiteGateway Email newsletter provides regular updates and articles about Old Orchard service offerings and industry trends you should be aware of. To sign up for this service, we ask that you provide us with your Email address, your country of residence and your postal code. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided on every newsletter.

Third-Party Sites
SiteGateway contains links to other web sites. Old Orchard is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.

Correcting & Updating Your Information And Opt-Out Policy
If customers need to update or change registration information they may do so by editing the user or organization record. To update Personal or Organizational Data, billing information or to discontinue the Service log on to SiteGateway and select Personal Information within the Configuration Section.

If, at any time after registering for information or ordering Services, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with third parties, you may change your preferences by changing your Personal Information within the Configuration Section of SiteGateway

Information Use

Brochures & Marketing Materials

We use your address information and details about your personal preferences to mail you selected Old Orchard brochures & marketing materials. If at any point you wish to have your name removed from our mailing list, please contact us at support@oldorchardtech.com. When we mail you a brochure we send your address to an external company, which processes the mailing on our behalf. We use contractual and other means to protect your information while our agents are processing it.

Research

From time to time Old Orchard will retain the assistance of external service organizations to help us understand our clients and any trends in our industry. We may disclose some of your personal information to those companies solely for the purpose of conducting research and analysis on behalf of Old Orchard.
